From the Himalayan foothills to the Peninsula’s tip, the food in India varies according to its location but everywhere its characterized by its robust aromas, earthy flavours and the taste of exotic masalas.

Born and brought up in Delhi, India, I was always fascinated with the street food and kebab vendors on the streets of Delhi. My passion for good food and cooking drove me towards completing my Bachelors in Hotel Management. For me, Cooking is not about secret ingredients and special recipes. It’s all about a passion and love for honest and soulful food. Having worked in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years, this restaurant is an attempt to bring the flavours of India to you, through my eyes. India is a feast. It is a table laid with exotic, mouth-watering dishes of all shapes, sizes and flavours. To taste them all is impossible; to taste just one is the same. India, through my eyes, is a rich and succulent treat to experience. It can be loved. It can be hated. The one thing it cannot be is ignored
